We didn't get much snow the first time but the second time it snowed, it snowed!! We got what looked like maybe 15". Was a lot to brush off our cars I know that. It came down in big huge flakes all day long. While I was working it was just so beautiful to look at. Even though I had about 20 customers returning items that day, I think people are crazy if they want to be out doing anything while it is snowing. I would SO rather be at home under my blankets with the fire place cuddling, reading and drinking hot coco. :]
The drive home from work for both Kev and I was not fun that day. We got home around the same time. Made some pizza. He watched some movies while I read. I was a good end -what we thought was the end of the snow. But it just kept on coming the next day. While hopeful hearts it would be a snow day it was not. :[ Off to work again for both of us. Making the day drag on and on the clouds and bitter cold finally the day had ended after hours of struggling at work. Drive home was icy and very to the bone cold.
Needless to say it now sunny and warmer then it has been. We are hopeful spring or most likely summer will be on its way. So we can go back to summer nights, pool parties, bbq's, fruit nights, reading on the porch while the sun goes down night.
I don't really enjoy being a hermit crab in the winter time... I love being outside... so I am done hibernating Colorado.. lets be warmer now!!!
